I have heard back from Rep at Furrion in regard to questions for your project. They stated that not only will you need the Replacement Multi Zone Controller for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner, # FACC12ZA-BL for each AC, but you will also need the Wall Thermostat, # FACW12ZA-BL for each unit or run additional wire to have a single thermostat. If you are going through bolts of the # LC334096 that would indicate you actually have a bad gear box which is putting too much stress on the bolts. To replace that you'd want the # LC276602. The bolts of the bar are not special so you can keep using ones you find locally and they would work just as good. view full answer...
If you can level your trailer it is not necessary to add an additional support jack before removing your gearbox. The gearbox turns the screw that activates the jack, but it also has a fail safe that does not allow the jack to drop if the gearbox is removed. In the case you are not able to level your trailer, you will need an additional support jack.

Most of the Elixir motors have a D shaped shaft that the fan blade fits onto which is an outdated style. We do not have any replacement fan blades that fit the D shaped shaft of the motor and from my research they can be hard to get a hold of.
One option is to replace the motor with part # BVD0218-00 and then use a new 6 inch fan blade part # BVC0466.
I recommend to just replace the Elixir Vent with an updated Fan-Tastic Vent part # FV800601 because the parts will be easier to replace... view full answer...
